Qualitait is now assisting Healthcare providers with surveillance audit assistance for your UKAS accreditation to ISO 15189 or ISO 17025 as a COVID-19 Sample Collector and ISO 22870 (Point Of Care Testing).
At the beginning of the 2021, Qualitait was approached to assist an independent Occupational Health provider through the gap analysis completion and evidencing process for the 13 minimum requirements of UKAS accreditation for ISO 15189 as a COVID-19 sample collector and ISO 22870 as a point of care tester.
